1. Location This is one of the most important factors to consider. The storage facility should be conveniently located near major highways and your work of home. 10. Pest Management Depending on where you live, there may or may not be a need to worry about pests (mice, rats, insects). Newer facilities usually have very few problems including pests but it is still a good idea to ask what their protocol is in the event of an infestation.
